Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite technical support to clients across Munich and the Southern Bavarian region for a leading German IT service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance on PCs, laptops, printers, and various end devices, as well as diagnosing and resolving hardware, network, and Windows workstation issues. A key part of the job is managing support cases using ticketing and documentation systems, setting up complete workstations (including hardware installation and removal), and providing user instruction and data backup services. Candidates should possess a relevant IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and have proven experience in troubleshooting mobile devices, notebooks, and printers. Strong proficiency in Active Directory, permissions management, standard software, and operating systems is mandatory, alongside excellent German language skills and a strong service-oriented approach.
