Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Onsite IT Support for a leading German IT service provider, focusing on the Potsdam area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of end-user hardware, including desktops, notebooks, and printers, as well as performing onsite fault analysis and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Key duties include managing service requests via a ticketing system, setting up and dismantling workstations, and providing user instruction and data/profile backup. Applicants must possess a relevant IT qualification, multi-year professional experience in onsite support and troubleshooting, and excellent knowledge of Active Directory and standard hardware, including mobile devices.
