Job Summary

This role is for a Machine Learning Engineer to join the AI team at ANLEI-Service GmbH in Kassel, focusing on developing AI solutions with significant social value, particularly for social and integration assistance IT systems. The core responsibilities include the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models: developing, training, and optimizing models ranging from classic methods to modern Deep Learning approaches. A key part of the job involves robust data management, including data preparation, building, debugging, and running data pipelines, and performing Feature Engineering. Furthermore, the engineer will be responsible for deploying models into production cloud environments, specifically using technologies like Kubernetes, ensuring stable and high-performing execution, and continuously monitoring and improving existing models and pipelines. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Computer Science or Data Science, excellent Python skills for production code, and a solid understanding of ML fundamentals.
