Job Summary

This role involves supporting the IT Security Team in the greater Munich area as a Junior Process Analyst, focusing on optimizing existing business processes and ensuring efficient operational flow. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying optimization potential, gathering and analyzing requirements, and developing concrete improvement proposals. The analyst will actively participate in building and developing the process house, documenting and modeling 'as-is' processes using frameworks like BPMN, and generating KPIs to track progress. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, IT, or Industrial Engineering, possesses a passion for process management, and is familiar with optimization methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen.
