Job Summary

This role seeks a Junior Process Analyst to join the IT Security Team, focusing on optimizing existing business processes and ensuring efficient system alignment within the company's headquarters in the Greater Munich area. Key responsibilities include identifying optimization potential, gathering and analyzing requirements, developing concrete improvement proposals, and leading their implementation across specialist departments. A major task involves actively building and developing the 'Process House' by structuring, documenting, and modeling current processes, and creating key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress. Candidates must hold a degree in Business Administration, IT, or Industrial Engineering and possess a strong passion for process management. Familiarity with methodologies like Six Sigma, TQM, Kaizen, or 5-Why is essential, along with initial experience using SAP (MM, SD, TM, or FI) and process modeling tools such as Signavio, Aris, or Visio.
