Job Summary
The Technical Engineer will join a leading provider of healthcare and diagnostic software in Europe, focusing on making healthcare safer and more reliable through digital transformation. This role involves providing 2nd level support, independently administering customer systems remotely, and taking high responsibility for error analysis and resolution. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing optimization measures, performing system updates (including the proprietary Orbis® Hospital Information System), and conducting online customer training. The ideal candidate is an experienced IT specialist with a background as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a technical university degree, possessing solid knowledge in areas like Unix, Windows, Oracle, and virtualization/storage technologies. This position offers an unlimited contract, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to work either in Bonn or remotely across Germany, contributing to a future-oriented industry.

Experience
- Professional experience as an IT specialist or similar technical role
