The Technical Engineer will primarily handle 2nd level support requests, focusing on remote administration, error analysis, and resolution for customer systems. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing optimization measures, performing system updates for various technologies (including the proprietary hospital information system Orbis®), and conducting online customer training. The ideal candidate must be highly reliable, customer-service oriented, and possess strong knowledge in areas like Unix, Windows, Oracle, and virtualization technologies. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a degree in a technical field
Experience
- Professional experience as an IT specialist or in a similar technical role
- Foundational knowledge in Unix, Windows, Oracle, and virtualization/backup technologies (or motivation to acquire it)
- Experience handling high-level support requests
