Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Onsite Support Technician to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, supporting major corporations across Germany. The primary focus is on executing comprehensive onsite IT services, including participation in system rollouts and performing essential IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks on client devices, notebooks, monitors, and printers. Day-to-day responsibilities involve installing, configuring, and exchanging end devices, setting up network connections, and performing detailed analysis and resolution of hardware and software faults, concluding with functional tests. Successful candidates must possess a completed IT vocational qualification (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration), practical experience in user support and rollouts, and proficiency with Windows 10/11 and MS Office. This is a permanent, full-time position offering excellent working conditions and strong opportunities for direct permanent employment with the client.
