This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of a diverse IT system landscape for a leading German IT service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing hardware rollouts and supporting various IT projects. Key daily tasks include analyzing and resolving incidents via First and Second Level Support, both onsite and remotely, as well as handling and documenting support requests through multiple channels. A core component of the job is managing hardware, including installation, dismantling, and asset maintenance. Candidates must possess a strong background in IT system integration or electronics, proficiency with standard hardware, Windows, and MS Office, and excellent customer-oriented communication skills. Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience
