Job Summary

This role involves supporting a significant IT infrastructure project, specifically the comprehensive rollout of Windows 11 across the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF) workstations and SINA notebooks. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment process, including installing end devices according to standardized procedures, setting up additional installation infrastructure, and handing over the newly installed systems to end-users. A core part of the job is the analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions encountered during the installation and imaging processes. This position requires a background in IT system integration, proven experience in managing large-scale Windows rollouts, and strong technical knowledge of deployment tools like SCCM and OSD.
