This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional to join an owner-managed IT company in Munich, specializing in supporting the client workstations and server landscapes of mid-sized businesses. As a First Level Support and Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating incident resolution, managing communication with users, and processing service requests within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Windows Server. Day-to-day tasks involve managing end-users, overseeing client systems, and resolving complex technical problems in collaboration with specialized teams. Success in this role requires a degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT qualification, practical experience with complex IT infrastructures, and familiarity with ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Change Management. Required Skills

Education
