As a 2nd Level Remote Support Technician based in Wolfsburg, you will play a critical role in supporting the IT infrastructure for a major automotive manufacturer. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing escalation processes, resolving support tickets across 1st and 2nd levels, and providing remote technical assistance to end-users both within Germany and at international locations. You will be responsible for maintaining diverse IT environments including Windows clients, Linux, and OSX systems.
