Job Summary

This critical role involves managing the full scope of public law approval and permitting procedures (such as planning approval and BImSchG procedures) for a major grid expansion project within a leading European transmission system operator. The specialist will be responsible for creating complete work packages, coordinating internal subject matter experts (including easement and crossing management), and actively managing external service providers. A key function is stakeholder engagement, which includes conducting informational and consultation meetings with regulatory authorities, technical agencies, citizens, and landowners. The position requires a background in environmental planning or engineering, proven experience in large-scale infrastructure project permitting, and strong project management skills, offering an opportunity to contribute significantly to vital European energy infrastructure development.
