Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional to join a nationwide service provider in Hamburg as an IMAC Technician. The core responsibilities involve providing 2nd Level Onsite Support and Field Service, managing redundant network environments, and ensuring smooth operation of end-user devices. Day-to-day tasks include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) support for notebooks, desktops, printers, and mobile devices, handling installations of applications, creating data backups, and offering Smart Hand support for server and network issues. The ideal candidate possesses experience in Windows 7/10 environments and Mobile Device Management. This full-time position offers immediate entry, flexible working hours, individual development opportunities, and the potential for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
