Job Summary

This role involves providing critical 2nd Level Support for VPN solutions, primarily focusing on troubleshooting and maintaining the genucard hardware and genuconnect software solutions within a defense sector environment in Munich. Key responsibilities include independent telephone-based incident resolution, supporting the planning and execution of IT changes, and actively participating in testing and quality management. The administrator will be responsible for installing and configuring VPN solutions while strictly adhering to VS-NfD security specifications, ensuring the stability and compliance of managed IT services, and maintaining technical documentation. The ideal candidate must possess an accredited IT vocational qualification, demonstrable experience in Incident Management (2nd Level), practical experience with specific VPN solutions, and strong administration skills in Windows OS, complemented by an ITIL Foundation certification and fluent German language skills.
