Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated IT Administrator focused on maintaining and evolving the core IT infrastructure for a team in Freiburg. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration and operation of key systems, specifically the VMware virtualization environment, Windows Server systems, and various networking components including SonicWall firewalls, HPE Aruba LAN infrastructure, Lancom WLAN, and VeloCloud/Arista SD-WAN solutions. A crucial part of the role involves providing 2nd and 3rd-level support to ensure stable IT operations and actively contributing to the optimization and development of the infrastructure. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, coupled with proven experience in server and network administration.
