Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Research Associate to join the Professorship for Automated and Autonomous Systems at TU Bergakademie Freiberg. The successful candidate will focus on cutting-edge research in biomechanical assessment and optimization of exoskeletons and human-machine systems. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting experimental studies on ergonomics and human body load with exoskeletons, analyzing movement data, and developing human-machine interaction models. You will also contribute to the development and validation of new human-machine systems, publish research findings, and participate in teaching. This position offers a unique opportunity for scientific qualification within an interdisciplinary environment, contributing to advancements in cyber-physical systems.
Required Skills
Education
University Diploma or Master's degree in Biomechanics, Sports Science, Ergonomics, or comparable field
Experience
- Experience in movement analysis or ergonomics assessment
- Knowledge in statistical analysis of movement and load data
