Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive analysis of food and drinking water samples, utilizing both microbiological and molecular biological methods for identifying germs. You will be responsible for evaluating, documenting, and inputting results into the Laboratory Information and Management System (LIMS), while strictly adhering to internal quality assurance measures and Quality Management System requirements for raw data documentation. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training (BTA, CTA, or Laboratory Technician) or a B.Sc. in Natural Sciences, coupled with strong knowledge of microbiology and analytical quality. The position offers an unlimited contract, 30 days of vacation, flexible working hours, and benefits, though it requires willingness to cover weekend and holiday shifts.
