Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive technical and infrastructural management of commercial real estate properties for GOLDBECK Property Services in Düsseldorf. The Technical Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, serving as the primary communication point for clients, tenants, and service providers. Key duties include conducting detailed property inspections, ensuring high quality standards through regular site visits, and creating precise budget plans while monitoring financial performance. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in engineering (e.g., Civil, Building Services, Facility Management) or a relevant Master Craftsman/Technician qualification, coupled with proven experience in commercial property management. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a high degree of service orientation, and the ability to independently manage projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure timely execution of warranty claims.
