Job Summary

This role involves supporting the operational management of the state of Berlin's ERP-based software solution for household, treasury, and accounting (HKR), which is hosted at the State Data Center (ITDZ Berlin). The officer will join a centralized team within the State Financial Service (LFS) to ensure the necessary IT infrastructure is established and maintained according to requirements. Key responsibilities include organizing infrastructure setup, ensuring stable operation, promptly resolving technical disruptions, and proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities within the technical application management framework. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating IT infrastructure components and requirements management, ideally related to ERP system interface architecture, or a strong background in implementing infrastructure-related support processes to guarantee stable IT operations. Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Administrative Informatics, Business Informatics, Environmental Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Administrative, Business, or Legal Sciences with an IT focus.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the operation of IT infrastructure components
  • Professional experience in requirements management
  • Experience in implementing infrastructure-related support processes (for stable IT operations) is highly desirable
