Job Summary

The DB InfraGO AG, a major infrastructure company in Germany, is seeking a Specialist in Lean Construction Management to support the implementation and application of Lean measures across infrastructure projects, particularly within the Eastern Regional division. This role is critical for accelerating work processes and achieving the company's goal of developing 1,800 attractive, sustainable, and high-capacity railway stations by 2030. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading standardized Lean training for employees and management, coaching teams on new Lean processes and tools, and actively driving the establishment of optimized process structures. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering, fundamental knowledge of project management (ideally construction-related), and multi-year professional experience in process standardization and Lean transformation. Success in this position requires a passion for change, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively mentor and motivate others.
