Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in modern battery storage systems, working for a globally leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial plants in Hanau, Germany. The successful candidate will independently manage project responsibility for the electronic aspects of these systems, actively participating in sales specifications, hazard assessments, and calculating electrical cost blocks. Day-to-day tasks include autonomous project planning and documentation of safety circuits according to relevant mechanical engineering and process standards, creating technical specifications for subsystems, power supplies, and external service providers, and providing technical leadership during commissioning. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification, ideally bringing initial professional experience in electrical design or development, proficiency in creating circuit diagrams, and familiarity with relevant industry norms and CAD software.
