Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in modern battery storage systems, working for a globally leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial plants in Hanau. The core responsibilities involve independently managing the electronic aspects of battery storage projects, which includes creating technical specifications for sub-systems and external service providers, and actively participating in sales specifications, hazard assessments, and cost calculations for electrical components. Day-to-day tasks will also include independently designing and documenting safety circuits according to machinery and process standards, creating wiring diagrams (Schaltpläne) and P&ID schematics (R&I-Schemata), and providing technical leadership during system commissioning. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or is a certified technician, possesses initial professional experience in electrical design or development, and is proficient in CAD software and relevant industry norms, making this an excellent opportunity to contribute to future-oriented projects in renewable energy.
