Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Field Service Technician to ensure the safety and environmental protection provided by advanced gas measurement and warning devices. Based near Frankfurt am Main, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance, servicing, and on-site troubleshooting of German-engineered equipment across the Hessen and Rhineland-Palatinate region. Daily tasks include fault resolution, system adjustments, guaranteeing high service quality, providing essential technical support, and instructing customers on the proper, professional utilization of the systems. You will also collaborate closely with the external sales team and support project teams during system commissioning. Key qualifications include completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or MSR Technician, coupled with strong technical comprehension, reliability, and a customer-focused approach.
