Based in Falkenberg (Elster), you will be instrumental in preparing the next generation of skilled workers for the energy transition. Day-to-day, your responsibilities include conducting inter-company training, delivering specialized lectures and practical workshops, and actively participating in the recruitment and ongoing support of apprentices. You will also provide tailored support for continuing education measures for existing technicians. The ideal candidate holds a Technician or Master Craftsman qualification, possesses pedagogical certification (AEVO), and demonstrates strong communication skills and a structured, independent working style.
