Job Summary

This is a key leadership role responsible for the technical and organizational advancement of the web development department. The Team Lead will provide both technical and disciplinary guidance to the team, overseeing the development, quality, and maintenance of customer websites while managing resources, timelines, and budgets. A critical part of the role involves ensuring high standards for SLAs, performance (PageSpeed), and GDPR compliance. Furthermore, the role requires actively driving the digitalization and automation of internal processes, leveraging AI/KI tools to boost efficiency. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, coupled with a strong affinity for new technologies and automation.
