Job Summary
As the Project Lead for Web Development, you will spearhead both the technical and organizational advancement of the web department at the Leipzig or Ismaning locations. This dual-focus role involves disciplinary leadership of the development team while maintaining hands-on technical oversight of client websites. You will be responsible for resource planning, budget monitoring, and ensuring all web projects meet high performance and GDPR compliance standards. A unique aspect of this position is the mandate to drive internal digitalization and automation through the implementation of AI tools to enhance operational efficiency. You will act as a key liaison between clients, sales, and executive management, making it an ideal role for a strategic thinker who enjoys a mix of leadership and technical execution within a stable, family-owned digital agency environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or university degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in web development and technical project coordination
- Initial experience in leading or coordinating small teams or projects
- Experience in managing resources, timelines, and budgets for web projects
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI tools for efficiency and automation
- Practical knowledge of web hosting, DNS, and email configurations
