Job Summary

The Consultant Sustainable Construction & Building Certification will play a crucial role in advising clients holistically on the sustainable construction and operation of buildings. A core responsibility involves conducting and managing complex building certification processes according to major international standards, including DGNB, LEED, and BREEAM. The role requires leading interdisciplinary project teams to ensure high-quality and economic project execution. Furthermore, the consultant will develop climate protection roadmaps, sustainable operating concepts, and provide expert advice on advanced topics such as Carbon Management, ESG reporting, and EU Taxonomy compliance. Candidates must possess a completed degree in a relevant field like Architecture or Civil Engineering and bring at least two years of professional experience in building certifications. Essential technical knowledge includes sustainable building materials, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and Building Services Engineering. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are mandatory for success in this client-facing, implementation-focused consulting role.
