Job Summary

This role is a critical, permanent position within the Neustrelitz Road Construction Authority, focusing on the planning, design, and tendering phases for federal and state roads across the Vorpommern-Greifswald and Mecklenburgische Seenplatte districts. The successful Civil Engineer will be responsible for executing fundamental tasks internally, including initial data collection, preliminary planning, detailed design, approval planning, and preparing tender documents for procurement. Key requirements include a university degree (Bachelor or equivalent) in Civil Engineering and mandatory application knowledge of CAD software for surveying and planning, as well as AVA software specific to civil, underground, and road construction.
