This role is situated within the 'Major Projects' group of the Schwerin Road Construction Office, where you will be responsible for the conceptual planning and technical design of significant road infrastructure projects. Day-to-day, you will manage the entire lifecycle of road construction planning, from initial route optimization and traffic flow analysis to the preparation of complex design documents and formal tendering processes. You will handle tasks corresponding to HOAI service phases 1 through 7, including the drafting of engineering contracts and cost-sharing agreements.
