Job Summary

This part-time Associate System Engineer role (30 hours/week) is based in the Mainz-Bingen area, supporting an internationally operating industrial company. The primary focus is the technical administration and continuous development of the Celonis SaaS platform. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating system changes and upgrades, managing support processes, resolving problems, and handling user and system access management. A critical component of the job is the integration and maintenance of interfaces to source systems, along with providing 3rd-Level support for implemented solutions. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific field, coupled with practical experience in 2nd and 3rd-Level IT support and knowledge of IT service processes (e.g., ITIL). Excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory, along with a responsible, self-reliant, and communicative work approach. The position is initially temporary with a strong option for permanent takeover and offers flexible working with mobile work options.
