Job Summary

This role is for a Laboratory Support Specialist at an international industrial company in the Mainz-Bingen area, focusing on the administrative and technical support of analytical laboratory operations within a GMP environment. Day-to-day tasks involve managing reference materials, acting as a Key User for the document management system (GSpecS) for testing regulations, and independently creating and administering these regulations. The specialist will also handle master data maintenance in SAP and HAL, provide first-level user support, and assist with the development and validation of complex LIMS systems. A key responsibility is supporting project laboratories in creating regulatory submission reports (CTAA/MAA) in English. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Pharmacy or equivalent, or relevant long-term professional experience, coupled with deep knowledge of analytical laboratory work, GMP, and active ingredient synthesis/analytics. Excellent communication and strong English skills are essential.
