Job Summary

This role involves acting as a dedicated IT System Engineer for an internationally successful pharmaceutical company near Mainz, focusing on the technical administration and continuous development of the Celonis SaaS platform. The successful candidate will coordinate system changes and upgrades, manage user and system access, and integrate/maintain interfaces with source systems. A key responsibility is providing 3rd-level support for implemented solutions and driving the maintenance and optimization of existing systems. Candidates must possess a degree in IT or a related field, practical experience in 2nd and 3rd-level IT support, and knowledge of IT service processes (e.g., ITIL). This is a part-time (80%) position, initially limited to 24 months, offering a hybrid work model with required on-site presence for onboarding and important meetings.
