The core responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of support requests, including ticket categorization, prioritization, and detailed documentation. A significant part of the job requires conducting problem analysis, performing database investigations, and utilizing SQL queries to resolve complex issues for end-users via phone, email, or remote access. Candidates must possess an IT background or equivalent qualification and bring at least three years of professional experience in Help Desk or 2nd-Level support, preferably within a medical context.
