Job Summary
This leadership role involves the disciplinary management of the Frameworks & Analytics Chapter, focusing on developing data-driven solutions and frameworks that enable secure and efficient applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include personnel planning, resource management, and coordinating with Product Owners regarding needs, quality, and work processes. The successful candidate will drive technical advancements, optimize processes, and promote agile methodologies while ensuring internal Data Governance. Key requirements include a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, experience leading teams (preferably international/cross-location), and strong project steering capabilities. Fluency in German (C1 minimum) and English (B2 minimum) is mandatory, alongside excellent communication and collaboration skills needed to thrive in a dynamic, inter-cultural banking environment.
