This role seeks an engaged and reliable Executive Assistant to support the management of Kita-Dialog gGmbH, a non-profit organization operating seven daycare centers in Berlin (Marzahn-Hellersdorf and Lichtenberg). Working part-time (35 hours/week), the assistant will be the primary contact point for inquiries, manage executive correspondence, and provide crucial administrative support across various operational areas. Key responsibilities include assisting with meeting protocols and HR-related topics, administering daycare contracts, monitoring operational costs, and actively contributing to the refinement of internal processes and data protection compliance. The ideal candidate must possess prior experience in a similar role, strong proficiency in MS Office, and excellent German language skills (C1).
