Job Summary

This role is for a Technical Maintenance Coordinator who will serve as the primary support for the operational engineer, driving continuous improvement in maintenance across production and infrastructure environments. A core focus is enhancing the availability, performance, and cost-efficiency of production facilities through the application of modern tools like RBI, mobile/autonomous maintenance, and OE methodologies such as Lean & SixSigma. Day-to-day tasks include rigorous planning and scheduled execution of maintenance and inspections, managing internal and external service providers, and handling the procurement of necessary plant and spare parts. The position requires a technical Foreman (Meister) or Technician qualification, 4-6 years of relevant experience in the Chemical or Pharma industry, and familiarity with critical regulations (GMP, ATEX).
