Job Summary
This role is central to shaping the energy transition in Southern Germany, focusing on transforming infrastructure toward sustainable use of green gases and hydrogen. The Advisor will act as the key representative for the company's interests within national and European energy associations, regulatory bodies, and political stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the interface with the Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur) and relevant European authorities, drafting crucial reports and statements, and ensuring the company complies with all regulatory obligations. The successful candidate will conduct economic and political analyses of the energy market, deriving strategic recommendations for the company leadership regarding its future direction within the context of the energy transition. This position requires a strong background in economics, politics, or law, professional experience in energy regulation, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.

Education
Completed university degree (Master/Diploma Univ.) preferably in Economics, Political Science, or Law
Experience
- First relevant professional experience in the field
- Professional experience dealing with current issues of the energy transition and/or regulation of energy networks
- Proven interest in energy supply and shaping the future energy system
