Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the energy transition and the transformation of infrastructure toward green gases and hydrogen. As an Energy Policy and Regulation Advisor, you will represent the company's interests within national and European energy associations, specialist committees, and to political stakeholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the interface with the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA), drafting reports and statements for regulatory proceedings, and ensuring internal compliance with regulatory obligations. You will conduct economic and political analyses of the energy market to derive strategic recommendations for senior management regarding the future energy system. Required Skills

Education

Master's degree or University Diploma, preferably in Economics, Political Science, or Law.

Experience

  • Initial relevant professional experience in energy policy or regulatory management
  • Proven experience or strong interest in energy supply systems and the energy transition
  • Experience in representing corporate interests to regulatory authorities or industry associations
  • Professional experience in drafting formal statements and regulatory reports
