Job Summary

TÜV SÜD is seeking a dedicated Building Services Engineer to act as an independent expert (Sachverständiger) for technical building equipment (TGA) in their region. This critical role involves ensuring the safety of supply systems and building services, focusing specifically on inspecting ventilation, smoke extraction, pressurized ventilation, and fire suppression systems. Day-to-day activities include conducting quality control during construction, performing measurements, preparing expert reports (Gutachten), and executing mandatory technical inspections. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Energy and Building Services Engineering or a related field, possesses experience in TGA design, plant construction, or operations, and ideally has knowledge of German building law.
