Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to take professional responsibility for E-Invoicing processes within the SAP SD and Order-to-Cash (O2C) environment during a large-scale S/4HANA transformation. The successful candidate will model, analyze, and refine end-to-end business processes, creating detailed process descriptions and data mappings specifically for SAP SD and SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC). You will act as a vital bridge between IT and business departments, defining functional requirements, steering change requests, and providing 3rd level support for invoice dispatch and archiving issues. Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field; alternatively, a commercial vocational qualification with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Practical experience in the representation and optimization of business processes combined with project experience
  • Professional experience in modeling and documenting business processes using standard tools (e.g., ARIS, BPMN)
  • Comprehensive user knowledge in SAP SD within an S/4HANA environment
  • Relevant experience with E-Invoicing standards such as XRechnung and ZUGFeRD
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and architecture committees
  • Experience conducting training sessions and workshops is preferred
