This role is ideal for an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in building technology who excels in quality control, damage assessment, and customer consultation. The primary responsibilities involve independently conducting on-site quality checks to identify construction defects, managing acceptance procedures, and providing expert descriptions and evaluations of electrical engineering (ELT) defects. A key function is drafting expert reports to assess claims and damages from an electrical perspective. The successful candidate will act as a competent liaison, moderating discussions between various client parties, requiring strong communication skills, reliability, and a solution-oriented approach.
