Job Summary

This role involves ensuring quality and safety within building technology projects for TÜV SÜD, a leading global technical service provider. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently conducting on-site quality controls to identify construction defects, performing acceptance inspections, and assessing electrical engineering (ELT) defects. A core function is the drafting of detailed expert reports to evaluate defect claims and damage cases from an electrical perspective. The engineer will also competently manage and moderate interactions between various customer parties. To qualify, candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with professional industry experience in building or electrical technology. Ideal candidates will also have knowledge of building law and experience in creating technical reports.
