Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support and technical services directly to clients within the Berlin/Brandenburg region. The IT Onsite Technician will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software at customer locations, ensuring smooth operation of IT workstations. Key daily tasks include installing, swapping, and supporting standard and specialized hardware like desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology (e.g., conference room equipment). Additionally, the technician will manage IT equipment inventory, handle asset management documentation, process and resolve support tickets, and provide user training on new systems. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification or demonstrable professional experience in IT support, strong knowledge of Microsoft products, excellent customer service skills, and required proficiency in both German (C1) and English (B2).
