Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level IT support, both remotely and on-site, addressing hardware and software inquiries and disturbances. Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and administration of client systems (desktops and notebooks), managing organizational applications, and overseeing peripheral devices like printers and mobile equipment. A significant part of the role is administrative, focusing on User and Authorization Management within Active Directory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT training, practical experience in a User Helpdesk environment, and proficiency with ticketing systems. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes, maintain the IT knowledge database, and work on integrating cutting-edge IT systems for various clients.
