Job Summary

As a Secondary Systems Design Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning and design of secondary technology within substations, switchgear, and network stations. Your day-to-day activities involve creating detailed circuit, wiring, and terminal diagrams while ensuring compliance with technical standards. You will take charge of the technical design and selection of protection and control components, and play a key role in drafting tender documents and performance specifications. This position offers the opportunity to oversee projects from the initial planning phase through to commissioning, acting as a technical liaison between internal departments and external service providers. Required Skills

Education

  • Practical experience with energy supply systems, specifically 110 kV or 380 kV environments preferred
  • Proven track record in creating technical circuit and terminal diagrams using industry-standard software
