Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated (Senior) System Engineer to drive technological innovation by taking responsibility for the design and build phases during service development. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing and configuring new software products, defining specifications for software packaging, and coordinating technical teams involved in software deployment. A key focus is ensuring high product quality during operational handover and maintaining service interoperability. The engineer will also advise Service Managers on software strategy evolution and provide support for 2nd Level Support activities. Candidates should possess a degree or professional qualification in IT, coupled with professional experience in IT architecture, software analysis, distribution, and packaging, along with expertise in Microsoft operating systems and related administration tools.
