Job Summary
This role is ideal for an ambitious professional, including career starters, looking to manage and resolve technical issues within a dynamic IT environment. The specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end handling of incident reports, including acceptance, verification, processing, and documentation within the ticketing system. Key tasks involve providing comprehensive support via telephone and ticketing systems, escalating unresolved issues to third-level support, and acting as the primary contact for customer inquiries and problems. Additionally, the role supports customer projects through data cleansing and error analysis, while maintaining various internal systems. Candidates should possess a relevant technical qualification or degree and demonstrate strong German and good English communication skills, along with initial experience in IT administration and support.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, certified Computer Scientist, or equivalent; or a completed degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or similar fields.
