Job Summary
This leadership position requires an experienced engineer to take strategic and operational command of the Electrical, Measurement, and Control Technology (EMR) department. Following an intensive onboarding period, you will be responsible for personnel management, financial oversight of the profit center (controlling revenue, costs, and results), and ensuring adherence to all legal and internal standards. A key focus will be the strategic expansion of the service portfolio and the development of new business fields through the initiation and leadership of innovation projects. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering, multi-year experience managing industrial EMR projects, and deep technical knowledge in medium/low voltage, MSR technology, and sensor/actuator systems. Success in this role demands strong communication, entrepreneurial thinking, and a modern, motivating leadership style, coupled with fluent proficiency in both German and English.

- Multi-year professional experience in planning and project management of EIC/EMR projects in an industrial environment
