Job Summary
This role involves working as a Building Services Engineer for a leading global pharmaceutical and crop protection corporation, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of complex production facilities. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing and coordinating technical measures, managing budget planning and control, and leading technical staff, including performance monitoring. A critical part of the job is maintaining plant safety through TÜV inspections, conducting vulnerability analyses, and troubleshooting system malfunctions. Candidates should possess a technical degree (Master's or equivalent) in fields like Supply Engineering or Production Technology, coupled with professional experience in plant operations or planning. Fluency in German is mandatory, and prior leadership experience is highly desirable.
